Due to the completion of the pre-conditions in the preliminary agreement for the transfer of operating rights and production licenses, today, the Operation Right Transfer Agreement has been signed with Sim Yenilenebilir Enerji Üretim A.Ş., which has the same partnership structure as Mıs Enerji Yatırım A.Ş., and the operating right of Hasanlar Hydroelectric Power Plant has been transferred to Sim Yenilenebilir Enerji Üretim A.Ş. by charging the price.

With the aim of transferring the operating right of Batıçim Hydroelectric Power Plant owned by Batıçim Enerji Elektrik Üretimi A.Ş., in Düzce province, a preliminary contract was signed between MIS Enerji Yatırım A.Ş. and Batıçim Enerji Elektrik Üretimi A.Ş. for the transfer of the operating right and production license.
